Double Kickout DIY Rock Slider Design 2

*THIS IS A WELD TOGETHER KIT* 

Made from 42.2 mm outside diameter mild steel tubing 3 mm thick 

this is double kickout design 2 rock slider kit that includes 

2 x straight pieces of tubing at desired length that you choose ( inner rail )

4 x bent pieces of tubing that is wider then the standard rail (kicker section for the front and rear outer rail )

2 x length of tube to suit your size kit, that is notched at 41 degrees on either side, that goes in between the 2 kickout sections  

4 x pieces of tubing, notched at 41 degrees on either end, that go inside the narrower main slider section ( 2 on either side inside the main slider section ) 

8 x pieces of tubing, notched at 41 degrees on either end, that go inside the wider rear kicker section ( 4 on either side inside the wider kicker section ) 

2 x 200 mm long pieces of tubing, notched on 1 side at 90 degrees, that is used to go from the main slider section to the chassis

2 x 280 mm long pieces of tubing, notched on 1 side at 90 degrees, that is used to go from the main slider section to the chassis

2 x 350 mm long pieces of tubing, notched on 1 side at 90 degrees, that is used to go from the main slider section to the chassis

4 x 2 mm thick end caps for the end of the straight tubes ( inner rail )

2 x 50 mm wide x 5 mm x 1500 mm long flat bar to make chassis brackets and stiffener gusset plates

Universal chassis bracket that is made to suit square / rectangle box 4x4 vehicle chassis rails

these Universal Chassis Brackets will suit any box chassis with a range from 100 mm to 200 mm in height and up to 150 mm in width 

these brackets are made from 50 mm wide x 5 mm thick mild steel plate, laser cut for precision

this Universal Chassis Bracket mounting kit is a set of 6 which includes 

6 x L brackets with slots cut into them

6 x straight brackets ( to be welded to the L bracket ) with a slot cut into them 

12 x rectangular plates with a hole cut into them ( to be welded to both the L bracket and straight bracket ) 

6 x 200 mm long x 12 mm high tensile zinc plated bolt ( to be cut down to the length required for your chassis ) 

12 x 12 mm zinc plated washers 

6 x 12 mm lock nuts 

6 x steel gusset stiffener plates with 90 degree bends at 80 mm x 80 mm x 4mm thick. Has a 5 mm x 5 mm corner cut out for easy fitment and Laser cut for precision
